The Piusi Cube B.SMART is an industry recognised, compact fuel dispenser for fast and reliable refuelling thanks to its high performance, Italian design.

B.SMART is the first cloud-based fuel management system from Piusi, providing the fleet manager with remote and real-time data on their fuel use online. It works by using a licenced app on the driver’s iOS or Android mobile device to activate the dispensing via Bluetooth, and its network to send the data to the cloud once the transaction is complete. This enables the real-time monitoring of multiple dispensers across unlimited geographical sites through a single user-friendly online web portal via the PC, tablet or smartphone wherever you are, saving the need to compile separate reports or visit all of the sites. 

One of the largest benefits of the Piusi B.SMART is that unlike other cloud-based fuel management systems on the market, there are no ongoing subscription or hosting fees to account for, you simply buy the system and that's it.

As well as being able to view up to date refuelling transaction reports by date, the quantity of fuel taken, driver, vehicle and dispenser, the fleet manager can also remotely control who can dispense the fuel by adding and removing driver access to the pump. The Piusi B.SMART online fuel management system therefore also prevents unauthorised fuel use, as only those drivers set a with a mobile app licence by the manager can draw fuel. 

The Piusi Stainless Steel Rotary Hand Fuel Pump is a new generation solution, acting as more sturdy and durable option for manually dispensing diesel and oil from a drum. This premium self-priming manual fuel transfer pump has a stainless steel outer casing and benefits from smooth operation thanks to its rolling handle grip and quality constructed internals. 

The inlet of this diesel hand pump benefits from a grooved locking mechanism for securing it onto the drum connector. This is to stop it from spinning on the drum whilst in operation; a problem common with cheaper solutions.

Available is a version of this hand fuel transfer pump with 3m delivery hose for dispensing directly into the vehicle, which comes with a swivel spout with on/off valve to close off the hose when delivery has finished to prevent spillage. There is also a version of this Piusi fuel pump without hose that has an “S” type spout that is ideal for dispensing straight into an oil jug.

The Piusi K44 Fuel Pulse Meter was developed to accurately count how much diesel has been used, using a nutating disk system. This Piusi diesel pulse meter is suitable for use in industrial applications where fluid delivery control is required at highly accurate levels. They can also be used in conjunction with a non-commercial fuel delivery pump either part of or externally inline. The K44 fuel flow meter with pulse output is a cost effective solution to measuring the flow of fuel up to 9999.9 litres at a time. Thanks to their wide flow range, these Piusi flow meters are compatible with a range of pumping installations.
