As the quickest pump in the Piusi diesel fuel transfer pump range, this model is particularly popular for the refuelling of larger vehicles and machinery. However, provided that mains power is available, these versatile Piusi diesel pumps can be installed in any fixed diesel refuelling pump system such as a fuel storage tank. 

The 1" BSP flanged E120 diesel transfer pump has a pump head, motor and an integrated bypass valve. This cast iron, self-priming rotary vane diesel dispensing pump is continuous running thanks to the thermal overload protection, and can be quickly switched off by its on/off button when required.

The Brass Foot Valve and Strainer ensures that the fuel being drawn up by the pump is free from any large particles that could damage the pumping system.

The mechanical K150 ATEX high flow meter completes the PIUSI range dedicated to fuel measurement.

The K150 mechanical flow meter meets the ATEX/IECEx requirements for the use of materials in potentially explosive atmospheres. The K150 ATEX can therefore be used for monitoring the flow of explosive liquids such as petrol and kerosene.

The Piusi EX50 ATEX approved 12v fuel transfer pump kit is designed for the mobile dispensing of petrol, kerosene and diesel. These ATEX pumps, which come with either auto or manual nozzle, filter, delivery hose and the option of a flow meter, are fully compliant with the European standards for dispensing flammable liquids. Thanks to its 2” quick coupling and telescopic down tube, this Piusi fuel pump unit is ideal for the transfer of fuel from a drum in a zone one environment.

This cast iron petrol transfer pump with integrated bypass valve, check valve and pressure relief valve is also available as an individual pump. This Italian made 12v fuel transfer pump has an anti-noise filter which makes the pump application more convenient with a low level of noise. This fuel transfer pump kit is also available with a Piusi K33 flow meter for measuring the exact quantity of the dispensed fuel.
