The Unitel Hydrostatic Fuel Tank Gauge from Afriso Euroindex is a pneumatic tank level indicator designed for use primarily on fuel oil and diesel tanks, but also used as an AdBlue tank gauge. It has a spring loaded plunger that you pull and release until the needle settles on the contents left within the storage tank, which is then displayed clearly as a percentage on its large mechanical face.

This fuel tank level gauge is suitable for horizontal, vertical, cylindrical and rectangular tanks, with heights between 900mm and 3000mm for diesel and up to 2500mm for Water/AdBlue , making the Unitel a highly popular and versatile tank level indicator.

The Unitel fuel tank gauge also benefits from a handy adjustable second needle for setting a level parameter, which you can then use to indicate the level at which you need to reorder fuel. Supplied in an impact resistant casing, the Euroindex contents gauge can be easily wall or tank mounted.

The K24 Flow Meter is a digital flow meter with a turbine suitable for AdBlue monitoring and the digital management of the fluid being dispensed.

PRECISION AND QUALITY

The K24 digital AdBlue flow meter has been designed to monitor the flow of AdBlue. Easy to install, in-line or at the end of the dispensing pipe, The K24 has a display that can be applied in various positions to facilitate easy reading. The sturdy housing and sealed internal electronic board make it suitable for use in virtually all working conditions.

RELIABILITY

The K24 Digital Flow Meter has a plastic body with a polypropylene turbine. The pulse type is single-channel, reed switch. The electronic board with an LCD display shows a partial reading of 5 digits from 0.1 to 99999, for a total of 6 digits 1 to 999999 Total, resettable. The display also shows the supported flow rate, up to a maximum of 120 litres per minute.

The K24 AdBlue flow meter guarantees a metering accuracy of +/- 1%; if the metering turns out inaccurate, the K24 can always be calibrated to ensure maximum precision in its operation. With a pressure drop of < 0.03 bar at 120 l/min and a repeatability of 0.2 %, the K24 flow meter is powered by two AAA batteries. Thanks to its rotating display, the K24 can be adapted to any application and working condition.

The Piusi Turbinox AdBlue™ Pulse Meter accurately measures the amount of AdBlue™ but also diesel, lubrication oil, anti-freeze and windscreen wash liquid, that has been used at a maximum flow rate of 40lpm. These Piusi pulse meters have no electronic display, as they are generally used with external systems allowing the amount of fuel consumption to be accessed elsewhere. The Turbinox AdBlue™ flow meter with pulse output can be used in conjunction with a non-commercial AdBlue pump either part of or externally inline. These diesel pulse meters can also be used in industrial applications.

The Piusi SB325_X AdBlue™ Nozzle is a lightweight, plastic automatic nozzle with a stainless steel breakaway spout for use with AdBlue pump systems. The breakaway spout mechanism ensures that if the vehicle accidently drives away leaving the nozzle still  in the vehicle's fill point, the spout will detach from the body of the nozzle. This means that damage will be limited to the spout only which can be replaced as a spare part, and the AdBlue pump system on the storage tank will not be pulled away with the force. Thanks to the integrated K24 digital flow meter, this AdBlue™ nozzle has the added functionality for the user to conveniently view how much fluid has been dispensed into the vehicle.

Made from lightweight plastic but with a sturdy stainless steel spout, this Piusi nozzle is a cost effective alternative to the completely stainless steel automatic AdBlue™ nozzles previously only available on the market. Like these more expensive models, it still reliably shuts off dispensing when the AdBlue tank becomes full to prevent any overspill.

There is also a version of the SB325_X with added magnetic miss-filling spout to prevent AdBlue from being put in the diesel tank. This ensures that the AdBlue™ dispensing nozzle can only release fluid into a fill point that has a partnering magnetic adaptor fitted into it. The OLE SmartGuard remote tank level monitor is designed for use on static and mobile fuel tanks to allow tracking and fuel level monitoring. The SmartGuard is fitted with a sim card which is connected to an online portal where the tank contents can be viewed. This provides details on the location of the tank, as well as a notifications or any sudden fuel loss and a low level alert.

Please note there is an ongoing yearly charge for the use of the sim card/web portal. The first year is included in the price.

The Piusi SB325_X AdBlue™ Magnetic Nozzle is designed for use in conjunction with the ELAFIX 40 adaptor in order to prevent the costly miss-filling of AdBlue into the diesel tank. This magnetic spout nozzle will only allow fluid to pass once it has been magnetically opened by an AdBlue magnetic adaptor fitted within the vehicle filler neck. Therefore, by using this AdBlue nozzle you cannot physically dispense into the wrong tank, as the diesel fill point will not contain a magnet.

The miss-filling of AdBlue™ into the diesel tank is a common issue and will be costly for the vehicle owner to put right. AdBlue™ is not compatible with many materials and miss-filling can corrode the pipework and components of a fuel system – resulting in thousands of pounds of damage, as well as having to pay for the removal of AdBlue™ from the tank.

The Piusi Ocio Fuel Tank Gauge is a continuous reading, hydrostatic digital tank level monitoring device designed primarily for commercial diesel fuel tanks. Once calibrated using the specific tank measurements, the Piusi Ocio electronically displays the tank level reading in mm, litre or percentage depending upon the user preference.

This fuel tank level gauge allows the user to configure low and high level status alerts, which upon activation causes the LED screen to flash to visually alert the user that the level has been reached for them to take action. It also benefits from two configurable relays for sending the high/low level alert statuses to other equipment e.g. a low level tank alarm for an audiable alert, a remote building management system or to the pump on the tank to turn it off e.g. in day tank filling.

The Piusi Ocio gauge is a versatile fuel tank level indicator suitable for use on vertical cylindrical, horizontal cylindrical and rectangular tanks up to 4m high. Whilst the standard model is designed primarily for diesel, there is an AdBlue™ tank gauge version available and a kit to make the standard Ocio compatible with oil popular in garage and workshop environments. There is also a 4-20ma output model available to allow you to send the level readings to a building management system, whereas the standard model would only send the set high/level alarm statuses to the BMS.

The Quantum Battery Operated Hydrostatic Fuel Tank Gauge is a new addition to our commercial tank gauge range and has a number of beneficial features. Designed for showing the tank’s contents in litres/gallons, this hydrostatic fuel tank contents gauge has a push to read button, which generates a battery powered air compressor to gain the current reading. The O.L.E C2020 is a high accuracy electronic gauge for use with fuel tanks that are up to 3m or 5m high. Designed for use outdoors, the C2020 tank gauge features an IP65 rated enclosed, and an easy to read backlit display which indicates the contents of the fuel tank as a percentage, and in litres.

The C2020 provides a continuous reading of the contents inside the tank, and can be equipped with an alarm to also act as a leak/overfill alarm.

Thanks to the design, this electronic tank gauge can be used to give accurate readings of any shaped tank.

C2020 tank gauges come as standard with 4-20mA outputs, and so can be connected to BMS (Building Management Systems).
