The Piusi MC Box B.SMART is an industry recognised, “add on” fuel monitoring unit able to be retrofitted to existing pumping installations that don’t need replacing.

B.SMART is the first cloud-based fuel management system from Piusi, providing the fleet manager with remote and real-time data on their fuel use online. It works by using a licenced app on the driver’s iOS or Android mobile device to activate the dispensing via Bluetooth, and its network to send the data to the cloud once the transaction is complete. This enables the real-time monitoring of multiple dispensers across unlimited geographical sites through a single user-friendly online web portal via the PC, tablet or smartphone wherever you are, saving the need to compile separate reports or visit all of the sites. 

One of the largest benefits of the Piusi B.SMART is that unlike other cloud-based fuel management systems on the market, there are no ongoing subscription or hosting fees to account for, you simply buy the system and that's it.

As well as being able to view up to date refuelling transaction reports by date, the quantity of fuel taken, driver, vehicle and dispenser, the fleet manager can also remotely control who can dispense the fuel by adding and removing driver access to the pump. The Piusi B.SMART online fuel management system therefore also prevents unauthorised fuel use, as only those drivers set a with a mobile app licence by the manager can draw fuel. 

New for June 2020 is the Piusi MC Box 230v 2 Pump Version. Benefitting from the additional feature of being able to manage two pumps from a single unit, the user can now monitor two separate tanks or split tanks containing diesel and red diesel, or diesel and AdBlue with just the cost of one MC Box!

The Husky 1690 Diesel Nozzle is an extremely heavy duty, automatic nozzle for high flow, bulk fuel transfer for applications including rail, tanker or filling fuel storage tanks. Specially designed for heavy duty applications, this Husky fuel nozzle benefits from a right angle design allowing the nozzle to fit close to walls and corners and has a large hand opening to accommodate for gloves. An added advantage is that it is 30% lighter than other models on the market.

A further feature of the 1690 fuel nozzle is its dual poppet, which allows for the easy opening of the trigger nozzle even when high system pressure is present due to higher flow. Please note models with swivel may have a slightly reduced flow rate.

The Camlock Female Coupler with Male Thread has either a 1” or 2” male BSPT hose connection, and a 1” or 2” female cam socket respectively. Cam and groove couplings are designed to quickly connect and disconnect hoses without the use of tools, and offer a leak proof seal.

The IBC Electric Diesel Transfer Pump Kit is a specially designed plated unit for transferring diesel that is stored in an IBC. This fuel dispenser is designed specifically for dispensing fuel from an IBC to provide high performance and reliability. The kit comes with an installed Piusi Panther 56 electric pump that its know for its high quality and durability.

Comprising of a Piusi Panther 56 diesel fuel transfer pump, automatic fuel nozzle and delivery hose, this kit is ready to use dispensing solution. There are two models of this IBC refuelling pump available; one with a Piusi K33 flow meter, and one without a diesel flow meter, depending upon the user's requirement for measuring the amount of fuel that has been transferred.

To make these diesel dispensing pump units as flexible in their installation as possible, this kit is supplied without the suction connections.
