The Piusi Clear Captor Fuel Tank Filter is for installation in the pumping system at either the suction or delivery end. This fuel filter is to ensure that the dispensed diesel is free from particles and debris. Due to the introduction of a clear bowl onto this diesel filter, the user is able to clearly identify any impurities or debris within the fuel.

These fuel storage tank filters for diesel are designed for use on higher flow rate systems, due to its maximum flow rate of 100litres per minute. If a reduction in flow rate is noticed, it may be time to remove the cartridge inside the filter and replace it.

The Piusi A280 High Speed Diesel Nozzle is designed for the high flow refuelling of large vehicles and plant and agricultural machinery that take longer to refill due to their tank size. Thanks to its large bore spout, this is the highest flow rate automatic fuel dispensing nozzle in the Piusi range, and also benefits from a large hand opening to accommodate for the user wearing gloves. This fuel pump nozzle has an automatic shut-off mechanism that prevents the nozzle from dispensing any further fuel once the vehicle’s tank is full, therefore stopping an overspill.

This ready to fit fuel hose and nozzle kit comes with a Piusi Standard Auto 60 nozzle and premium diesel delivery hose, making it the ideal solution for when the hose and nozzle on existing fuel dispensing pumps needs replacing. Suitable for use with both diesel and oil applications, this fuel tank hose and nozzle comes in two different hose lengths for you to choose from – 4 or 6 meters.

The Auto 60 fuel pump hose and nozzle kit comes with an automatic fuel nozzle from Italian manufacturer Piusi, which shuts off when the vehicle tank being filled is full. This, combined with a premium hose and assemblies, with swaged stainless steel full ferrules and BSP hose tails with sealing o ring, makes for a premium solution for a replacement diesel nozzle and hose.

The Fuel Tank Filter Wrench is a handy tool, which enables the easy removal and fitting of the GoldenRod bowl/filter housing when the user needs to replace the filter element inside. It benefits from small grooves that fit over the notches on the GoldenRod bowls, which are also compatible with the fitting of similar brands of bowl filters. 

The use of the filter wrench limits of the risk of cracking of the bowl whilst trying to apply pressure to screw it off. It also ensures that when it is screwed back on after replacing the element that it is tight enough to prevent leaks.
